I'm Colleen Sandick, LCSW, and I provide evidence-based therapy for women navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and recovery from alcoholism. My practice is rooted in warmth and compassion, and shaped by my experience and belief that healing begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.
That said, I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am trained in EMDR, and my approach often integrates Parts Work through an IFS lens with EMDR to support deeper, trauma-focused healing.
